At Oud4You, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. We maintain transparency in our return and refund policy under the following terms:
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund in the following cases:
* The product is proven to be non-authentic.
* The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Perfume oils (fragrance oils) cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
3. Return policy
* A return request must be submitted within a specified period from the date of delivery.
* The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging and invoice.
4. Refund Method
After verifying the product’s condition, the refund will be processed through:
* Bank transfer to the customer’s account, or
* The same payment method used, or
* Any other agreed method.
5. Payment Errors
If a customer is charged more than once by mistake (in rare cases):
* The customer will be contacted to clarify the issue.
* The excess amount will be refunded either in cash or via bank transfer.
